We love to create a smile with every purchase. To enable all of our customers to take advantage of all we have to offer we're phasing out our loyalty points scheme. This will allow us to give you more of our very best offers , great competitions, and even the occasional surprise!

From 8th May 2018 no points can be earned, however existing points can still be spent online, in store and over the phone for a period of 6 months (until November 8th 2018).

Making sure that we create offers that are attractive to you, our customers, is really important to us. Our loyalty scheme (previously known as The Colour Club) has been a really important part of building our brand and rewarding you; but we have decided we can not make it work in a way which is fair to all of our customers.

We're always looking to improve our ranges, colours, quality and design; part of our unique approach is to start each season with a fresh view on what we can do better! The quality of our customer experience, through our lovely store teams, friendly customer care team and through our no quibble guarantee ensures we put the smile into every purchase. These changes will enable us to offer the best experience in the fairest way to all our customers.

How do I spend points?

Any points balances of 100 (£5) or more can be redeemed on orders of full price items over £35 (before shipping) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Check points balances by logging in , if you don't already have a password for our website but have shopped with us before, go to moshulu.co.uk/join to create one.

Once you have a password you can check your points balance and spend your points online until November 8th  2018.

How do I spend my points in store or over the phone?

Simple, we'll ask you if you've shopped with us before, you tell us your name and postcode and we'll redeem your points against your order.
