Making sure our promotions are attractive to all our customers is really important to us, as well as being able to give the occasional treat and surprise. To enable all of our customers to enjoy these we phased out our loyalty points scheme on the 8th November 2018.
Our loyalty scheme (previously known as The Colour Club) has been a really important part of building our brand and rewarding you; but we decided that we could not make it work in a way which is fair to all of our customers.
These changes have enabled us to offer the best experience in the fairest way to all our customers.
