3pm Friday 18th December – standard delivery (3-5 days)
After this date, all orders will be dispatched by express delivery by Royal Mail, with our last dispatch being Monday 21st December.
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, who are currently experiencing a high volume of orders through their network. They are working hard to ensure delivery within their usual time frames, but some orders are taking a little longer than usual to arrive – thank you for your patience at this challenging time
All of our products are available for delivery within the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

How long will delivery take?
Items sent to Scottish Highlands addresses and addresses outside mainland Britain may take longer than 5 days to arrive.
If your order does not arrive within 3-5 weekdays** and no card has been left, please get in touch with our helpful team
Express Delivery (Next weekday**)
Express Delivery orders placed before 3pm on weekdays** should be delivered on the next weekday** to the majority of UK addresses. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer (please note we do not provide Express Delivery to the Channel Islands).
Items ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following working week.
Free Click and Collect (3-5 weekdays**)
You can have your order delivered to a Moshulu store free of charge. Delivery takes 3-5 weekdays, and we will notify you by email (and optionally by SMS) when your order is ready at the store.
While it currently isn't possible to arrange delivery to overseas addresses on the website, we will be happy to take your order by phone - please call our customer care team on (+44) 1404 510440 and select option 2, between 0900 and 1700 (UK time) Monday-Friday. You can also send us a message with your enquiry.
Delivery prices vary depending on items and destination, so if you'd like us to quote before you order, simply contact us with your order details. We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro over the phone, or by a direct payment to our Paypal account.
**Working day/Weekday means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays, but this is at their discretion.
