We're looking for someone with a passion for product and with a colourful character ready to deliver a smile with every purchase. As store Manager you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, motivating and leading the store team.

Duties as Store Manger are wide and varied and include elements of creative, organisational and most importantly creating great team spirit, as well as the ability to put the customer first.
A great communicator
Our store teams listen and respond to our customers and ensure they give great advice from their knowledge of our characterful, quality products. Listening and communication is key to your role.
You will lead your team to respond to customers needs by encouraging a listening culture, with the emphasis on prompts from the customer. We believe listening to our customers and giving exceptional service leads to successful sales within our stores.
In your store
You will ensure your store is ready to greet our customers, delivering our distinctive visual merchandising style, ensuring the quality and care of store stock, store and team, as well as housekeeping and banking duties, ensuring all elements of our opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.
You will work alongside your Supervisor to set daily, monthly and yearly objectives for both the team and your own personal development. We encourage progression as individuals and as a brand, this helps us find better ways of working and means we challenge ourselves every day. Encouraging learning and new skills within your team is a key part of you role.
