All our products are available for delivery within the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail - you can choose from Standard delivery (2-3 days)* @ £3.99 or Express Delivery (next weekday)* @ £5.99 (please note Express Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands).
Parcels do not require a signature on delivery. If you are out, the postman may, at their discretion, leave the parcel in a safe place; alternatively, you have the option to select an alternative delivery address when you checkout (such as your workplace). If you are not in when delivery is attempted and the parcel cannot be left safely, a card will be left. You can then rearrange delivery with Royal Mail (free of charge) or collect the item from your local post office.
Working Day / Weekday means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays, but this is at their discretion.

If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods there may be a slight delay in dispatching orders placed with Standard delivery.
If your order does not arrive within the stated timescale and no card has been left, please contact us so that we can make enquiries with Royal Mail.
Please note that items sent on the 2-3 Working Days** (Standard) service may take longer than 3 days to arrive for addresses in the Scottish Highlands and outside mainland Britain.
Express Delivery orders placed before 3pm on working days** should be delivered the next working day** to the majority of UK addresses. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer (please note we do not provide Express Delivery to the Channel Islands).
**Working Day means Monday to Friday. Items ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following week.
You can have any order delivered to a Moshulu store free of charge. Delivery takes 2-5 working days, and we will notify you by email (and optionally by SMS) when your order is ready at the store.

While it currently isn't possible to arrange delivery to overseas addresses on the website, we will be happy to take your order by phone - please call our customer care team on (+44) 1404 510440 and select option 2, between 0900 and 1700 (UK time) Monday-Friday. You can also send us a message with your enquiry.
Shipping prices vary depending on items and destination, so if you'd like us to quote before you order, simply contact us with your order details. We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro over the phone, or by a direct payment to our Paypal account.
