Simply choose the Click & Collect option on your basket or on the second stage of the checkout. Choose any of the Moshulu stores in the list for delivery, then complete the rest of the checkout as normal.
Your card or Paypal account will be charged at the time that you confirm your order on the website.
Everything on our website is available for Click & Collect delivery.
There is no charge for delivery to a store. Please pay for your goods by checking out online as normal.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (though many orders will be delivered faster than this).

We will send you an email when your order arrives at your chosen store, and you will also receive a phone call from the store. You can optionally provide a mobile phone number when you checkout if you wish to receive an SMS notification (we won't use your mobile number for any other purpose). Please ensure that you provide valid contact information so that we can get in touch.
Please pick up your order within 10 days of its arrival at the store, or contact the store directly to advise them if you will be collecting it later than this. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, your order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund issued.
Please bring a note of your order number, such as your confirmation email printed out or displayed on your phone (or just jot the number down).

We hope that you will be happy with your Moshulu purchase. However, if you should wish to return it either immediately or at a later date within the terms of our normal returns policy, you can leave it with the store for a refund within 2 working days or you can return it by post via our normal returns system (details here).
We will be happy to exchange your product in the store. Please note that a refund will be issued for your original purchase within 2 working days, and the replacement item will be sold through the store's till as a new purchase.
