Can suede slippers go in the washing machine?

Suede slippers need a bit of extra special TLC to keep them looking their best. We recommend not putting suede in the washing machine, as it will damage the material. Suede is a super sensitive material and must be kept dry, as it can stain after absorbing water. To clean suede slippers you should use a cleaning block, shoe cleaner, or a soft brush to remove any marks. Protect suede and sheepskin leather with universal protector spray before wear. If your suede slippers have a textile fluffy collar or lining, you can carefully spot clean textile with our shoe cleaner, or diluted soapy water and a soft clean cloth. Allow textile to dry naturally.
