"I can't believe you still only have these available in one colour after all this time!! It was devastating enough to lose the navy. Unfortunately these are the only sandals that are suitable for my feet but they are perfectly practical. But oh dear me, when will you make them available in brighter colours for us girls instead of just a dowdy brown? Please, please, please etc etc

"Have a brown pair , the only colour in my size when I found them. Been looking forward to replacing them with a different colour... what a disappointmnent all the colours are gone. These are my most comfortable and I have really hard to please feet"

"I love my Melbourne sandals which I have been wearing for years. I have permanent tan lines on my feet from them! Was very disappointed when I tried to replace my navy ones which are getting decidedly scruffy to discover that there are no navy ones this year. Any plans to increase the colour range again?

"I have just looked at my sandals and they have cracked right across the bottom. OH NO I have been wearing them solidly for every spring summer and autumn for years. Thay have been dog walked in and gardened in and generally not off my feet unless it is really cold (I draw the line and socks and sandals). They are one of the most comfortable pairs of sandals I have ever worn and as a reflexologist I put alot of store in comfortable feet. Brighter colours would be nice or even just a choice of black or brown, an excuse to buy two pairs I think."

"I must have bought over 30 pairs, over the last 10 plus years! I find these shoes so comfortable and great for walking, also standing in my shop. The only problem I had was with last years (2010) sandles they were harder on the ankle strap and uncomfortable. Hoping to get a pair in 2011 to see if they have sorted the manufacturing problem"

"I have had plantar fasciitis (sore arch) and, apart from trainers, this was the only footwear that was comfortable. I have lived in these for 2 years. They are so comfortable, and double as slippers in the house. Excellent!"

Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
For delivery of your purchase, you can choose between Standard (1-3 Day Mon-Fri) delivery @ £3.99 and Next Working Day by 1pm with Royal Mail @ £5.99. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
All Next day deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery (or in the case of Royal Mail, which post office your parcel can be collected from).
Standard delivery parcels may, at the discretion of your postman, be left in a safe place without a signature. A card will be left to notify you in this instance.
Please note that delivery to some areas may take longer than the timescales given above - you can view full details on the Delivery page.
How to return an item
We offer a free returns service on all orders. To return an item, please log in to your account and click on the relevant order ID. You'll see a red link for "Return items or make an enquiry". Please complete the details and press Submit - you'll then see a page with a link to view your Returns note (which includes a postage paid label). Open and print the returns note and send it back with the item (label on the outside, returns note inside the parcel). A refund will be processed once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to exchange returned items - if you would like a replacement, please place a new order. This ensures that you will get your new pair quickly, and there's no risk of the item going out of stock while you're waiting for the returned parcel to make its way back to us.
