"I was really disappointed with these. The fake fur is far too hot (and anyone who knows me cannot believe I've found something too warm, as I'm always moaning I'm freezing!) and it also gives off friction, making my socks wrinkle under my feet with every step. Soooooo annoying.
My 12 year old daughter took one look at them and called them 'granny slippers' so I've sent them off to her granny in the hope that someone can be happy with them!
Really really disappointed. I'm going back to my trusty Flyflots. Sorry."

"I have had three pairs of these slippers and I absolutely love them. They are so light and comfortable I have to remember to take them off when I go out. They are the best slippers I have ever owned."
Can I wash your slippers?
With any of our slippers, we recommend that they should only be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge to remove surface dirt. Please note that we do not guarantee any of our slippers to be machine washable.
Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
For delivery of your purchase, you can choose between Standard (1-3 Day Mon-Fri) delivery @ £3.99 and Next Working Day by 1pm with Royal Mail @ £5.99. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
All Next day deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery (or in the case of Royal Mail, which post office your parcel can be collected from).
Standard delivery parcels may, at the discretion of your postman, be left in a safe place without a signature. A card will be left to notify you in this instance.
Please note that delivery to some areas may take longer than the timescales given above - you can view full details on the Delivery page.
We offer a free returns service on all orders. To return an item, please log in to your account and click on the relevant order ID. You'll see a red link for "Return items or make an enquiry". Please complete the details and press Submit - you'll then see a page with a link to view your Returns note (which includes a postage paid label). Open and print the returns note and send it back with the item (label on the outside, returns note inside the parcel). A refund will be processed once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to exchange returned items - if you would like a replacement, please place a new order. This ensures that you will get your new pair quickly, and there's no risk of the item going out of stock while you're waiting for the returned parcel to make its way back to us.
