"I received a pair of Moshulu slippers for Christmas, but they were the wrong size. I phoned Customer Service who not only changed the size with no hesitation, but also changed the style and refunded the difference in price. Service this considerate and efficient is unusual. The Customer Service representative was a pleasure to speak to, I was extremely impressed and will be buying everyone slippers this year for Christmas."

"Fabulous slippers.The firm sole is so comfortable especially as I have a heel spur that can be really painful.The last ones I had went into the washing machine several times,because I lived in them.My sister lives in Dubai and the air conditioning has to be on in their appartments so she actually has a pair of the spotty bootees.!"

"Having read other reviews, maybe it's just my feet, but I dont find the ridge across the inside where the arch fo my foot fits very comfortable.Perhaps they will wear in."

"I love these slippers, warm, soft, cosy & light to wear. Colors are great. Just brought the same style in a full slipper & they are both excellent value for money. Good outside sole for popping out to shed etc. Buy your normal size as there a perfect fit & don't get sloppy."

"I've had a pair of these slippers for a year and I've worn them in the house all day every day except for in high summer. They've also been sneaked outside in the dry and the rain - going out to our garage, shed or pets... They've been worn and worn and worn, and they've stood up to it really well. They will quite happily go through the washing machine on a gentle cycle if necessary too! These slippers are fantastically comfortable, warm, and cheerful. They still look good from the outside even now, but the inside lining has finally worn out, but I have worn them constantly when at home, so they've done very well. I'm so pleased, I'm about to order a new pair exactly the same!"

"I bought a pair of these slippers in the store in Louth. They are the most comfortable slippers I have ever had. I love the colours and the jolly appearance. They are quite traditional in many ways and are amazingly cosy. I think all my family are going to be getting slippers for Christmas!"

Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
For delivery of your purchase, you can choose between Standard (1-3 Day Mon-Fri) delivery @ £3.99 and Next Working Day by 1pm with Royal Mail @ £5.99. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
All Next day deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery (or in the case of Royal Mail, which post office your parcel can be collected from).
Standard delivery parcels may, at the discretion of your postman, be left in a safe place without a signature. A card will be left to notify you in this instance.
Please note that delivery to some areas may take longer than the timescales given above - you can view full details on the Delivery page.
How to return an item
We offer a free returns service on all orders. To return an item, please log in to your account and click on the relevant order ID. You'll see a red link for "Return items or make an enquiry". Please complete the details and press Submit - you'll then see a page with a link to view your Returns note (which includes a postage paid label). Open and print the returns note and send it back with the item (label on the outside, returns note inside the parcel). A refund will be processed once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to exchange returned items - if you would like a replacement, please place a new order. This ensures that you will get your new pair quickly, and there's no risk of the item going out of stock while you're waiting for the returned parcel to make its way back to us.
