"I have just brought some grey ones today which are a nice change and wll go with lots of clothes. My feet are very tender and I raerly find shoes or boots that I can walk in for more than half an hour before having sore feet. I am very please with these and have worn them for hours now with no problems."

"I bought a black pair last winter and they are the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. When I saw the purple this year, I could hardly contain my excitement as thats my favorite colour and ordered them straight away and they are just lush, although my husband couldnt see why I needed another pair. Very true to size and just cant wait to wear them. Nice with skirt and thick tights or with leggings and tunic. Cannot recommend them hightly enough. Think I will buy a different colour every year."

"Bought the purple ones - lovely colour and a change from black or brown. So comfy too! True to size - I usually wear a 4 and they fit perfectly. Soft leather, supercomfort sole! The only downside - I didn't wear them in the recent snow because I didn't want to get them damaged as I love them so much! Like wearing Moshulu slippers but outside."

Usually need a size 6 and a half but a size 6 fits well.Look lovely with a dress and thick tights.May buy more if reduced further.I bought the purple."

"I ordered these online so was nervous about fit, comfort and colour - so much so that I ordered a purple and a red pair! Need not have worried - they arrived this morning and they are LUSH!! Soft, expensive looking leather, as comfy as slippers but nicely styled. I fear that I maybe keeping both pairs but might have to hide one from the hubbie!!!"

For delivery of your purchase, you can choose between Standard (1-3 Day Mon-Fri) delivery @ £3.99 and Next Working Day by 1pm with Royal Mail @ £5.99. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
All Next day deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery (or in the case of Royal Mail, which post office your parcel can be collected from).
Standard delivery parcels may, at the discretion of your postman, be left in a safe place without a signature. A card will be left to notify you in this instance.
Please note that delivery to some areas may take longer than the timescales given above - you can view full details on the Delivery page.
We offer a free returns service on all orders. To return an item, please log in to your account and click on the relevant order ID. You'll see a red link for "Return items or make an enquiry". Please complete the details and press Submit - you'll then see a page with a link to view your Returns note (which includes a postage paid label). Open and print the returns note and send it back with the item (label on the outside, returns note inside the parcel). A refund will be processed once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to exchange returned items - if you would like a replacement, please place a new order. This ensures that you will get your new pair quickly, and there's no risk of the item going out of stock while you're waiting for the returned parcel to make its way back to us.
