If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase for a refund, please send the goods to us within 28 days of receipt, unworn and in as new condition.
Print off the returns form (which you can access from ‘my account’ on the website) and send the goods back to us via the Post Office.
You will not be charged to send goods back.
Once we receive the shoes back, we will immediately refund the full value of the shoes.
Please note that we are unable to refund your original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty.
