Guarantee

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your purchase or obtain a refund, please return goods to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in as new condition.

Print off the returns form (which you can access from ‘my account’ on the website) and send goods back to us via the Post Office.

Once we receive the shoes back, we will immediately refund the full value of the shoes or send out your replacement pair.

Please note that we are unable to refund postage unless the goods are faulty. Any exchange item will be sent postage paid.
