"I bought this bag for myself as an early Christmas present. I have had nothing for compliments from everyone who has seen it. My niece likes it so much that I will buy her one in a different colour for her birthday. My only moan is that the short straps keep coming undone so now I have to use the long strap as well as a safety precaution."

"I ordered this in the grey colour for winter as I have a grey pair of boots and wanted a grey handbag. Just big enough to fit all my essentials in and it saves lugging a heavy handbag around as the bigger the bag the more I'll put in it. Grey is great for the winter."

"I bought the Ginger bag in red from the online shop. When it arrived within a few days i noticed that it had orange chalk marks where the stitching should have been. I live near one of the stores so returned it there and the lady ordered me a new one. However whilst shopping the day after i received it the shoulder strap fell apart. I only had a mobile, purse and car keys in it - nothing very heavy. Have returned this to the store and have ordered another bag in another style. Wasn't impressed with the quality of this item at all. Would like to point out though that i do have two other bags of different styles and love them.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery info
Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
For delivery of your purchase, you can choose between Standard (1-3 Day Mon-Fri) delivery @ £3.99 and Next Working Day by 1pm with Royal Mail @ £5.99. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
All Next day deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery (or in the case of Royal Mail, which post office your parcel can be collected from).
Standard delivery parcels may, at the discretion of your postman, be left in a safe place without a signature. A card will be left to notify you in this instance.
Please note that delivery to some areas may take longer than the timescales given above - you can view full details on the Delivery page.
How to return an item
We offer a free returns service on all orders. To return an item, please log in to your account and click on the relevant order ID. You'll see a red link for "Return items or make an enquiry". Please complete the details and press Submit - you'll then see a page with a link to view your Returns note (which includes a postage paid label). Open and print the returns note and send it back with the item (label on the outside, returns note inside the parcel). A refund will be processed once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
Please note that we are unable to exchange returned items - if you would like a replacement, please place a new order. This ensures that you will get your new pair quickly, and there's no risk of the item going out of stock while you're waiting for the returned parcel to make its way back to us.
